About LIVEFLR
LIVEFLR provides digital access to live events, including music performances, football matches and boxing, and selected recordings. The operator’s legal details are awaiting confirmation before public paid launch. Business and contact information is available on our contact page.
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your password private and tell us if someone else gains access. Verify the email address you use. You can manage your details and signed-in sessions in your account. Do not use another person’s identity or access credentials.
Digital tickets and payment
Each event page describes its scheduled time, ticket price and included access. Check the event, currency and total before paying. Payment is handled by Stripe. A return to the website does not by itself confirm payment; your order and pass update after payment confirmation.
A digital ticket is access to the online event, not admission to a physical venue. A ticket permits one active stream for that event at a time. You can switch devices through the player.
Replays and technical requirements
Replay access is included only where the event says so and ends at its stated expiry. An expired replay cannot be opened with an old ticket. Use a supported, up-to-date browser and a reliable connection. Video quality adapts to available bandwidth; captions are available when provided for the event.
Gift tickets
Check the recipient’s email carefully before payment. The recipient claims access using an account with that email. A gift does not create an additional pass for the buyer. Contact support about mistakes; a change to the recipient or transfer after purchase is not automatically available.
Respect the broadcast
Do not redistribute, rebroadcast, sell access to or bypass protection on the stream. Content and performer rights remain with their respective owners. Access may be restricted to protect the service against misuse; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Event changes and problems
Check the event page for schedule updates. For a cancelled or changed event, payment problem or material viewing failure, contact us through the relevant order. Read refunds and cancellations for the request process. Nothing in these draft terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
