This policy is a draft while LIVEFLR’s business details and launch policies are finalised. It is not a final statement of purchase terms.
Who is responsible
The operator and privacy contact will be listed on the contact page. This draft describes the current application; the final notice must also identify the operator, legal bases, provider arrangements, retention periods and any international transfer safeguards.
Account and purchase information
The service stores your name, email, verification status and protected account credentials. It records your orders, amounts, currencies, payment status, tickets and access rights. Stripe handles payment details; the application stores payment references rather than your full card number.
When someone buys a gift, the service receives the recipient’s name and email and any gift message. These details are used to deliver and claim that pass. Only provide information needed for the gift.
Viewing and security
Sign-in sessions can include browser information and an IP address. Playback sessions record event access, device identifiers, activity times, browser information and security signals such as hashed network identifiers. These support session management, access enforcement and investigation of playback problems or misuse.
Preferences and support
We save artists you follow, account preferences and the requests you send us. Optional notification choices are separate from purchase and security communications. Your support messages and staff responses are visible in your account. Avoid putting sensitive information that is not needed into a support request.
Service providers
The application uses Stripe for payments, Mux for video, and configured hosting, database and email services to operate the website. The final notice will identify the relevant providers and explain their roles and any processing outside your country. Video playback and hosted checkout can involve direct communication with those providers.
Keeping and deleting information
Account closure requires a review of purchases, outstanding requests and records that must be kept for accounting, legal or security purposes. Retention periods and backup expiry are being finalised. A deletion request does not mean all financial records can immediately be erased.
Your choices and requests
Visit Privacy in your account to download an account copy, ask for additional access, request corrections or request deletion. You may also ask about objection, restriction or portability where applicable. The downloadable copy excludes credentials and other people’s details; you can ask for a fuller access review.
You can change optional email choices under Notifications. If you cannot sign in, use the contact page. For Swedish data-protection guidance and complaints, see the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
